An established and well-regarded law firm in Faversham is seeking a proactive and organised Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their growing property team. The Role As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you’ll play a key role in supporting the property team with a range of administrative and client-facing duties, including:

* Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

* Managing diaries and arranging client appointments
\t
\t
* Handling phone calls and email enquiries
\t
\t
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties
\t
\t
* Assisting with file opening, AML checks, and general administration
\t

About You To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within residential conveyancing

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and client service skills

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
\t
\t
* A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
