Criminal Defence Solicitor (Litigation)
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

The Role
As a Criminal Litigation Solicitor, you will:
* Handle a wide range of criminal law matters, from police station representation to Court of Appeal proceedings
* Provide clear, high-quality legal advice to clients at all stages of the criminal justice process
* Build and develop advocacy skills, with opportunities to represent clients in hearings and trials
* Work in a challenging but rewarding environment alongside experienced advocates and colleagues
* Play a key part in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the highest professional standards
About You
The successful candidate will bring:
* Qualification as a Duty Solicitor (preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate)
* A strong knowledge of criminal law and procedure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
* Good IT skills and adaptability to new systems
* A commitment to client care, with the ability to build trust and provide quality advice
* Flexibility in approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
