You will have a challenging, variable and highly rewarding role leading and managing an extensive shift-based workforce within a fast-moving warehousing operation.
Your role duties and responsibilities will include;
* Leading and managing all operational activities to ensure the highest standards of service provision are delivered at all times
* Leading and managing all operational activities to meet company targets in relation to quality, delivery and cost
* Working closely with all internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure continuous improvement activities across warehouse and associated operations
* Recruitment, mentoring and development of Team Leaders and respective teams of operational staff
* Manage and control materials supply ensuring consistent availability to meet all operational requirements
* Ensure the highest standards of work environment and health and safety is maintained at all times
