About the Job
Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team, managing the day-to-day running of multiple payrolls alongside core HR administrative duties.🌈
Duties will include:
1. Processing monthly and fortnightly PAYE payrolls accurately and within deadlines
2. Managing BACS payments, year-end tasks and payroll reconciliations
3. Producing and submitting RTI and auto-enrolment pension files to HMRC
4. Handling complex payroll queries and acting as the primary contact for third-party providers
5. Preparing payroll-related reports for wider business use
6. Supporting submissions including P11Ds and PSAs
