This role requires a unique blend of high-level project management, geopolitical savvy, and extreme operational flexibility. You will be responsible for navigating complex government-related business environments and ensuring seamless execution of international initiatives. This position is not entry-level. Requirements Candidates who do not meet all of the following criteria will not be considered: Non-Negotiable Requirements Complete fluency in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading at professional level) Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager Demonstrated professional experience working in Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and/or Saudi Arabia Strong understanding of Middle East geopolitics and regional sensitivities Proven experience handling government-related or government-adjacent business in the Gulf region Exceptional writing, research, and briefing capabilities Ability to manage high-level communications between European stakeholders and Gulf counterparts Able to travel internationally with 24 hours’ notice Highly discreet, professional, and culturally aware Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in additional languages beyond Arabic and English. Established network within Gulf state regulatory or governmental bodies.
