Personnel Selection are pleased to be working with this fantastic SME in Salisbury, who are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent and part time basis. The business has experienced sustained growth in both turnover and profitability and continues to invest in its people, systems, and infrastructure and it is a really exciting time to join them! The role will be working 25 hours a week, hours to be discussed and the position can be worked on a hybrid basis after full training. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Assistant is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day financial operations of the business. The role covers purchase ledger, sales ledger, cash processing, reconciliation, and general accounting support, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient transaction processing. The role will be suitable for someone with solid ledger experience, a background in a finance/accounting environment, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
