About the role
Reporting to the SAP Buy/Plan and Manage Stock Lead within the SAP Centre Of Expertise, you will help drive and QA the Buy/Plan and Manage stock designs within SAP projects/programmes.
You will assist other SAP Functional consultants within the team and provide mentorship for junior SAP consultants/graduates.
Your role will involve hands-on SAP MM Functional Consulting. As an experienced SAP MM Consultant with VIM experience, you will participate in our SAP S/4HANA implementation and subsequent projects. A good SD knowledge and core MM skillset are also required.
You will foster closer relationships with our business customers and lead innovation to contribute to the business.
Key responsibilities
1. Drive designs and innovation within the team
2. Support the Design Governance within the MM functional area
3. Hands-on Functional Consulting in SAP MM on our S/4HANA programme and subsequent projects
4. Map requirements-based business processes and data structures in MM
5. Support the SAP SD functional area
6. Gather, analyze, and coordinate requirements from business areas and implement in SAP, including estimating and resource planning
7. Build relationships with business partners to provide solutions and drive innovation
8. Design and facilitate workshops
9. Mentor team members
Requirements
1. Experience in SAP MM functional design, configuration, and delivery
2. VIM experience
3. Knowledge of cross-modular integration, especially with SD
4. SAP Retail experience
5. Ability to produce HLDs, DLDs, and functional specifications
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Experience managing relationships with third-party IT service providers
8. Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
9. Stakeholder management skills
10. Leadership experience in SAP teams
11. S/4HANA knowledge or experience
