Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
* Collaborate with senior architects and the design team to develop and refine data centre project concepts and designs.
* Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications specific to data centre requirements.
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of design presentations and proposals to clients.
* Participate in project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions.
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, as necessary.
* Stay informed about the latest industry trends, materials, and technological advancements in data centre design.
* ARB registered or recently passed your Part 3.
* Proficiency in Revit would be essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A passion for sustainable and innovative design, with an interest in data centre architecture.
