Main purpose of the Role: The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of service charge accounting and the associated legislation. They must also have a proven ability to work on their own initiative, excellent organisational skills and a pro-active approach to their daily tasks and be expected to develop the role as the business grows. Location: Hampton Hill Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Salary: £26,500 Key Responsibilities - Issuing of demands for service charges and ground rents - Entering and maintaining annual budgets for service charges - Chasing arrears and liaising with solicitors for legal action - Bank reconciliation - Invoice entry and contractor payments - Preparation of year end summaries for accountants - Confirmation Statements and stock transfers - Collection and monitoring of management and administration fees - Supporting the block managers day to day admin - Issuing consultation notices and collating observations - Full training will be provided to the right candidate Personal Skills - Honest and reliable - Driven and self-motivated - Confident, dynamic and diplomatic - Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Excellent literacy and numerical skills - Good knowledge of Word and excel - Working knowledge of Property Management is an advantage
