As a Product Manager you will form part of the leadership team for the Home Office’s immigration and asylum case working service, known as Atlas. Atlas supports over 30,000 business users to casework regular and irregular immigration applications, as well as support Immigration Enforcement and Border Force services. These services support millions of immigration applications, and we operate in a highly political and critical area.
These roles are specifically to lead product development streams within both the non-asylum and asylum sides of the case working service, made up of multiple specific and cross-cutting products. Atlas is a complex and sizeable service and Product Managers will lead development in their streams, coordinating with their peers to deliver end to end outcomes in Atlas that work both for their specific business area and the wider Atlas eco-system.
The full Atlas delivery team, made up of over 300 digital, data and technology specialists across multiple portfolios and suppliers, are in the process of moving to a product-centric model with multidisciplinary teams responsible for outcomes. Product management will be pivotal in helping to achieve this vision.
