Responsibilities
* Assist in finishing off and handover of a new build low rise apartment block.
* Focus on internal finishes including snagging, liaising with Clerk of Works, and related coordination.

89 apartments over 4 blocks, with emphasis on internal finishes and snagging.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Previous experience in social housing new build, ideally with some apartment exposure.
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* First Aid
Contract duration
This role is expected to run until the end of the year as a minimum, with the project continuing until January 2026.
