About the Team

Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You could find yourself supporting people programmes, driving innovation in tech, optimising processes in operations, or contributing to projects in our entertainment businesses.

While we aim to match placements to your skills and interests, team allocation is driven by business need, so flexibility and curiosity are key. Wherever you’re based, you’ll play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results.

You’ll collaborate with a diverse network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who’ll support your professional growth and help you build a strong foundation for a successful career in project management.

Please note: Apprentices at Amazon may be assigned to projects across different business areas, which can include work involving sales of products such as alcohol or pork. We recognise that applicants may have personal or religious considerations related to these areas and encourage candidates to discuss any concerns early in the process so that we can explore possible accommodations early in the process.

Qualifications

To qualify for this programme you must:

* Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026)
* Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this needs to enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030)
* Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
* Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
* Not be registered on another government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later

Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval.

This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation – curiosity and eagerness to learn, natural interest in how projects are planned, executed, and delivered.

We value strong communication skills, organisation and time management, analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, team player, proactive mindset, resilience, and tech awareness (confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, or project tracking software).
