About the Role
Do you take pride in delivering high‑quality care to people in your community? As a Healthcare Assessor you will create person‑centred care plans, ensuring patients receive the care and support they need in line with CQC standards.

Key Qualifications
* Passionate about putting people first
* Minimum 1 year experience in community care
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Good understanding of CQC regulations
* Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with clients and care teams
* NVQ in Health and Social Care is a plus
* Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Typical Day‑to‑Day
* Developing care plans and risk assessments
* Overseeing safe administration of medicines
* Undertaking observations, spot checks and quality assurance
* Completing and updating care records on in‑house systems
* Assisting the Registered Manager to deliver high‑quality care
* Managing on‑call duties on a rotating basis
