We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a key leadership role within a busy, fast‑paced venue, ideal for a hands‑on chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and supporting both the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding, consistently high-quality food across all services
* Support the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
* Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team during service
* Take a hands‑on approach to menu development, specials, and seasonal dishes
* Ensure all hygiene, health & safety, and food standards are maintained
* Assist with kitchen organisation, preparation, and service flow
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef
* Confident leader with a proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
