Our client is looking for a well-organised and motivated person. They have a full-time position for a Customer Services Account Manager who will manage a portfolio of accounts working as part of a busy, fast paced team This is initially a 4-month contract with a view to go permanent.
Main Duties
* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries by processing orders, quotes, and other requests
* Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure quotes and works are completed timely
* Manage administration behind all customer orders
* Keep in touch with customers throughout order process

* Experience building strong working relationships with customers
* Innovative and motivated
* Exceptional communicator both written and verbal
* A good team player
* Able to prioritise and multi task
* Excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail

* £26K - paid weekly
* 25 days holiday once permanent
