We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead the implementation of the Employment Rights Bill across our organisation. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll drive day-to-day project delivery with a strong focus on legislative compliance, HR systems, and process alignment. Reporting to the Labour relations & Policy Director and working closely with our Assistant General Counsel (Employment Legal), this is a high-impact role at the heart of a critical transformation.

Main Responsibilities
1. To undertake complicated tasks to support tracking and capture of developments under the Bill including oversight of Consultations (and participation by Sodexo where relevant) and enabling Regulations to inform the ERB implementation project and timelines.
2. Review, analyze and articulate the requirements of enabling Regulations and translate into ‘real world’ HR impacts across process, systems and people.
