Key Responsibilities
* Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models according to project requirements
* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure designs meet specifications and standards
* Review design proposals and provide technical advice
* Maintain and update CAD libraries, templates, and standards
* Ensure all CAD documentation complies with company and industry standards
* Assist in producing Bill of Materials (BOM) and material schedules as required
* Support project tendering processes with accurate and timely design deliverables
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CAD Engineer, preferably within mechanical, Electrical, or Building services sectors
* Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
* Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and practices
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* A relevant qualification in engineering, design, or related field is preferred
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
