Estates Senior Project Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Estates Senior Project Manager to support the strategic development and management of the client's estate on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
Your role will involve:
1. Managing the successful delivery of estate planning and management projects, and estate strategic advisory commissions, of varying size and complexity, within health and life science environments.
2. Coordinating resources accordingly.
3. Serving as the point of contact for clients.
4. Delivering projects in line with processes and procedures.
5. Assisting with the estate development plan.
6. Reporting on progress and ensuring that all commissions are managed in line with company values, financial instructions, good practices, and in compliance with legislation, approvals, and standards.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
1. Demonstrable experience in estates management roles such as Estates Manager, Head of Estates, Estate Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Construction Project Manager.
2. Experience leading estates-based projects such as construction and modifications.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Background in estates, construction, architecture, or project management fields.
5. Experience in the public sector, including NHS, Life Sciences, Education, University, Local or Central Government, is advantageous.
Due to the secure nature of this site, candidates will need to undergo BPSS Clearance prior to starting and be eligible to apply for SC Security Clearance.
