Shift Mechanical Engineer- Industrial
Salary: £51,000
Location: North London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Shift Mechanical Engineer to work for a market leading Industrial business in North London. The business has been investing heavily into the factory and are in the process of installing new machinery and growing the size of the site. The Shift Mechanical Engineer will be required to cover production maintenance and breakdowns. The Shift Mechanical Engineer can be up to 100% mechanical, and must feel confident work on your own and as part of a team. If successful, you will receive internal and external training, progression and a competitive salary. This organisation has multiple sites across the UK, and are the market leaders in their sector.
Skills required for Shift Mechanical Engineer:
Experience working in a Factory or Industrial Environment- Including Forces, RAF, Navy, Recycling, FMCG, Concrete etc
Must hold an Engineering Qualification
Must have strong mechanical skills and be confident to work on; belts, bearings, chains, hydraulics, pneumatics, strip down, rebuilds, welding, fabricating, change sprockets etc
Must be happy to work shift ( Days and nights rotating)
Must be happy to work at heights, in confined spaces and on industrial equipment
Happy to work as part of a team and independently
