McLays Foods are a growing family business in the food services industry and require an administration assistant for immediate start. We require an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to add to our current team who will fit in with our customer first ethos.
Duties Include:
Processing and inputting orders both from electronic and over the phone
Call Handling
Customer service calls (existing customers)
Up selling to existing customers over the phone
Customer Service and problem solving
General office administration including filing
The Ideal candidate will have:
Good Computer skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to problem solve
Helpful attitude and ability to go extra mile for the customer
The desire to learn
Ability to take responsibility and see the job through to the end
Full training will be provided on all systems although previous office experience is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
