Talent Advisor, Permanent, Wells, circa £35,000 to £45,000

As the business continues to evolve and invest in its workforce, this Talent Advisor role has been created to strengthen talent attraction, selection and development at a key operational site, ensuring the organisation continues to build capability, culture and future leadership from within.
Reporting into the People Partner, the Talent Advisor will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume, fast-paced environment, alongside leading the local learning and development agenda. The role will manage attraction strategies, partner relationships and onboarding, while shaping and delivering training programmes that support compliance, performance and leadership development. The Talent Advisor will also play a key role in embedding inclusive practices, maximising system capability, managing budgets and using data-led insight to continuously improve recruitment and learning outcomes.
You will be an experienced Talent Advisor or talent and learning professional, comfortable operating at pace and juggling multiple priorities. You bring a confident, collaborative communication style and enjoy working closely with line managers to coach, influence and drive performance. You are data-savvy, highly organised and commercially aware, with a strong understanding of recruitment delivery, learning methodologies and continuous improvement.
