How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Collaborate with the Proposals Manager and Sales team to prepare pre-qualification documents and submissions.
2. Analyse tender invitations to understand customer requirements and project drivers.
3. Develop winning bid strategies in alignment with business targets and strategies.
4. Lead the Capture Team to ensure timely delivery of all tender-related documents.
5. Engage with Procurement and Commercial teams to manage supplier and subcontractor inquiries.

6. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks for turnkey projects.
7. Ability to navigate internal approvals and deliver compelling customer presentations.
8. Strong leadership skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
9. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
10. Eagerness to develop technical and commercial expertise.
11. Engineering or Commercial degree.
