The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. As a Senior Care and Support Worker, you will play a key role in supervising and supporting a team of care workers, as well as liaising with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for our clients.
