The opportunity
This role is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a highly regarded national firm, work with a high calibre client base from the outset, working closely with our nationally renowned Education team, which is ranked Tier 1 and receives outstanding recognition of their work from clients and endorsed by individual rankings in Chambers and Legal 500. In addition to the Education work, there will also be opportunities to get involved in other non-contentious construction matters from our other sectors as well (the Charity and Business Sectors in particular).

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage an individual caseload, and delegate to and provide supervision to junior team members as required.
* Foster relationships with existing and new clients; ensure clients receive an excellent service.
* Work in a collegiate and collaborative way within an immediate Team and wider Firm environment.
* Carry out work to the highest possible standard, with regard to the Firm\'s standards, procedures and Core Values.
* Work with the Business Development & Marketing Team to develop the Firm\'s reputation and client base.
Ongoing learning is a focus at Stone King; we aim to be leaders in our fields, often providing workshops and seminars for our people and external clients on key areas of law.
Requirements
Essential
* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with good experience in non-contentious construction matters.
* Some experience supervising others.
* Strong potential to market the firm and an interest in business development (e.g., attending seminars, networking, presenting workshops, pitches/tenders).
* Evidence of diversity and experience in the construction and infrastructure sector.
* Strong commitment to career development and further learning.
Desirable
* Qualifications in construction; MRICS, MCIOB or similar
* Experience in Education, Charity and Public Sector funding would be advantageous
* Specialist qualifications in ADR (arbitration and adjudication) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators membership would be advantageous
