An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager - Health & Social Care to join Kingdom

We are looking at you to be the driving force behind our growth in our Health & Social Care division.
Based in our bright modern offices in Brighton, you’ll focus on building strong new client partnerships in the private Health & Social Care sector across the UK, where are teams supply support workers, care assistants and nurses to homes, shelters and centres.

Location: Brighton (South Coast remit)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:30PM
Salary: £60,000 - £73,000 per annum
Your job will be to
* Identify and create new opportunities in the Health & Social Care market.
* Build lasting client relationships through meetings, proposals and presentations.
* Negotiate agreements that work for both clients and Kingdom People.

What you’ll bring
Your background in recruitment sales or B2B business development will give you the confidence to engage with all buying influences within prospect clients and build lasting partnerships. Your motivation and commercial mindset will help you achieve results, and we’ll support you in achieving them. A full UK driving licence is essential.
