About the role:

Our Security Control Room is the first point of contact for many of our clients, and a professional, reassuring voice for our security officers out in the field. Because of this, it is essential that the successful applicant can remain calm under pressure and respond confidently in what can be a fast-paced and challenging environment.

This is a relief position to provide cover for staff absences and holidays, with no fixed shift pattern. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may be offered at short notice and can fall across days, nights, and weekends. The Security Control Room operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and cover may be required during any of these times.

A minimum of 30 hours per annum is guaranteed, with the potential for additional hours depending on availability and operational needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Communicating with colleagues and customers via telephone and email.
* Responding to CCTV activations
* Scheduling the shifts of Security Officers
* Monitoring the employee management system
* Responding to telephone and email queries in a timely manner
* Collate accurate reports on all events / incidents and provide these to the security management team.

Requirements:

* Ability to commute
* A valid front line SIA Licence
* A valid SIA CCTV Licence
* Previous administration experience
* Previous experience in security industry
