Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their Data team, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer, and Product teams to deliver actionable insights and influence commercial investment decisions. The role is centred on understanding customer behaviour throughout the lifecycle across multiple brands, improving tracking and reporting accuracy, and driving optimization of web and mobile app user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
* Define KPIs and reporting frameworks with stakeholder teams to uncover performance opportunities
* Produce insights and recommendations that guide strategic marketing decisions
* Design dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker, or equivalent tools
* Manage testing frameworks including A/B and multivariate testing, geo-lift analysis, and pre-post evaluation
* Support budgeting and forecasting with data-driven analysis
* Ensure compliance with cookie management through OneTrust and align with relevant ISO data standards
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3 years' marketing or growth analytics experience, ideally within B2C or subscription sectors
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritize high-impact work
* Proficient with web and mobile analytics platforms such as GA4 and Firebase
* Advanced SQL skills and independent data exploration capabilities
* Experience with testing methodologies such as A/B, MVT, and causal inference
* Ability to build compelling data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau or Looker
* Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and validations
* Knowledge of mobile measurement platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust) is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear narratives
