About the Opportunity
A growing healthcare market research consultancy is seeking a Senior Research Executive to join its team.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, insight generation, and client communication, supporting high-quality research programmes for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end research projects, while continuing to develop your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for managing key aspects of market research projects with increasing independence.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Management
* Manage the majority of day-to-day project tasks independently
* Provide regular fieldwork and project status updates
* Take ownership of compliance processes (e.g. reporting, reconciliation)
* Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions to ensure smooth delivery
Research Design & Materials
* Develop screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires
* Recommend approaches to address client objectives and business questions
* Tailor research materials based on prior project experience
Analysis & Insight Generation
* Contribute to analysis and team discussions on key findings
* Translate data into clear insights and business implications
* Summarise complex datasets into concise, actionable outputs
Reporting & Presentation
* Own sections of client reports and presentations
* Develop client-ready slides and deliverables with minimal revisions
Client & Vendor Communication
* Communicate effectively with clients during project delivery
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors and fieldwork partners
* Support smooth execution through clear, concise communication
Quality & Attention to Detail
* Ensure all outputs meet high standards for accuracy and consistency
* Support junior team members in maintaining quality control processes
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in healthcare/pharma market research
* Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
* Experience developing research materials and analysing data
* Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
* Proactive mindset with a desire to grow and take ownership
