A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Sutton:
Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings based on their requirements
Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing strategies
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
Supporting the branch in achieving KPI targets
Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support as needed
Focusing on generating new and repeat business
Canvassing the local area
Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety and compliance standards
Following all regulatory guidelines to ensure the business remains fully compliant
Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Sutton:
Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
Ability to work well with others, creating a positive team environment
Previous experience within residential lettings
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to work under your own initiative
