Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 OTE, guaranteed earnings of £40,000 for first 3-months
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 – 17:00
Location: Luton – Office-based with regular travel to clients

Key Responsibilities: Sales Consultant
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
2. Identify opportunities and confidently present tailored sales solutions
3. Set up carry out meetings with prospecting clients
4. Negotiate and close deals to exceed ambitious targets
5. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
6. Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive sales team
7. Use CRM and IT systems to manage leads, track progress, and report performance
Skills and Experience: Sales Consultant
8. Proven sales experience we are looking for a natural closer
9. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
10. Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
11. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
12. Confident using CRM/sales tracking tools
13. Confident on the phone and face to face
14. Relentless drive, resilience, and a true passion for success
15. Full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
