As our hands‑on Social Media Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of making Picsart a standout brand on social media. This isn’t just a strategic role; you’ll be deeply involved in the day‑to‑day execution of campaigns aimed at attracting solopreneurs and SMBs, all while keeping our content consistently engaging, trend‑forward, and visually stunning. You will be actively managing social media initiatives, directly contributing to content creation, and guiding a team of social media producers to implement strategies for significant growth across our key channels, including YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest. If you’re not just observing but actively immersed in pop culture, design, and social media trends, and possess a highly creative and action‑oriented mindset, this role is for you.

* Develop and execute a bold, innovative social media strategy that positions Picsart as the go‑to platform for solopreneurs and SMBs.
* Oversee and actively participate in content creation, storytelling, and campaign execution across YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest to directly drive engagement and follower growth.
* Stay ahead of social media trends, pop culture moments, and design innovations to create content that resonates with our audience.
* Manage and mentor a team of social producers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
* Partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to align social media with broader brand goals.
* Use analytics to track performance, uncover insights, and refine strategies for growth and engagement.
* Actively engage with Picsart’s community to build relationships and amplify user‑generated content.
* Experiment with new formats, tools, and platforms to keep Picsart’s social media presence fresh and exciting., Someone who not only strategizes but also possesses the practical skills and drive for hands‑on execution.
5+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation with a strong track record of directly growing and managing social media accounts, with a focus on tangible results on YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest.
* Knowledge of how to analyze data and apply the learnings for better results.
* Experience managing and leading a team, coupled with a collaborative leadership style and a willingness to lead by example through direct involvement.
* A creative powerhouse who thrives on brainstorming and executing bold ideas.
* Passionate about pop culture, social media, and design trends.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Bonus: Experience creating or working with content for solopreneurs or SMBs.
* Background in visual storytelling or design.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech or creative environment.
