Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a roofer for a social housing organisation based in Sunderland.
Duties of the Roofer:
* Carrying out necessary roofing works on domestic properties.
* General building duties.
* Liaising with customers, managers, supervisory staff, and a multi-trade workforce to ensure consistency of approach.
* Promoting additional services and other initiatives as appropriate within the team and to customers.
* Advising tenants on building-related matters and assisting them in the safe running of their home.
* Liaising with customer services staff on safeguarding issues.
Criteria of the Roofer:
* NVQ level 2 or equivalent roofing/roofer qualification.
* Full UK driving license.
