Description
The Finance Assistants deal with all Finance and Insurance transactions for customers to complete the purchase of their vehicle within our Showroom. You will provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to our Customers when purchasing a vehicle, ensuring a positive Customer experience. We also offer a bonus scheme for our Financial Administrators.
Responsibilities
To assist the Customer with completing online Finance Applications.
To take accurate payment for vehicles sold.
To ensure that Customers are kept informed of the transaction process.
To ensure that duties are carried out diligently and within FCA compliance standards.
To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using Company systems to log data.
To ensure that all point-of-sale materials are displayed in all offices.
Build relationships with Customers with a view to receiving positive Trust Pilot Reviews, and repeat future business.
To undertake administrative duties as required to support the Finance Team.
Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and in a timely manner ensuring high levels of accuracy.
To conduct any other reasonable duties as requested.
Essential Skills
Strong administration and interpersonal/communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills/a positive attitude to customer care
Willingness to learn F&I processes, add-ons and products.
A well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed
