In the role of Validation Lead at Lonza AG, you have the exciting opportunity to lead and oversee our operational Validation teams within the Technical Services function. Key responsibilities:
1. Lead and guide the Validation Teams to guarantee alignment with the Technical Services strategy in terms of delivery, performance, and compliance.
2. Maintain the Site Validation Master Plan and govern Validation procedures to meet current regulatory requirements, internal global standards, industry standards, and business improvement projects.
3. Interact with internal and external clients and oversight bodies to guarantee that customer requirements match operational implementation, stepping in when needed to address issues.
4. Establish and maintain positive connections with collaborators and cross-functional departments, including Manufacturing and Development Services groups.
