Inside Sales Manager - £40,000 basic + 10% bonus
This is a senior, hands-on sales leadership role for someone who enjoys running a tight ship without micromanaging. You will inherit a well-established telesales function with genuine commercial influence across the business.
There is proper investment in onboarding, systems and product training, with time spent across depots, customers and head office so you understand how the whole operation fits together. If you like clarity, autonomy and being trusted to run your area properly, this one will land well.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and developing a team of 10+ telephone-based Account Managers, setting clear standards and expectations.
* Driving daily performance through coaching, call quality and meaningful target management.
* Owning telesales operations including rotas, holidays and telephone systems.
* Acting as the link between sales and the wider business to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
