We are currently recruiting a Service Facilities Coordinator to join and be an integral part of the Business Support team, responsible for leading all aspects of the cleaning operations across large, convenience, and distribution stores. Your goal will be to ensure a clean and tidy environment for both customers and colleagues. You will inspire change, continuously develop yourself, and maintain a reputation for delivering excellent results. 1. Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
5. Track and evaluate the performance of cleaning suppliers, using feedback to drive continuous improvements
6. Support with supervising the budget and finances for selected cleaning services, ensuring efficient operations
7. Work closely with suppliers to improve the cleaning operations and implement innovative solutions
8. Gather and act on feedback from stores and customers to improve cleaning standards.
9. Lead communication related to cleaning operations and ensure stores have access to up to date and relevant information to support
10. Engage in innovative cleaning projects, including the implementation of co-botics, new cleaning equipment, and onboarding of new suppliers
11. Collaborate with various teams to ensure the effective delivery of cleaning plans and support the team in maintaining the cleaning operation
12. Support the operationalisation of key change programs and propositions
13. Ensure training materials are up to date, engaging and support colleagues to deliver a clean and tidy store
14. Lead projects and trials, assessing and managing any operational impacts on stores
15. Follow the business code of conduct, always acting with integrity and due diligence
You will need
16. Previous experience in retail and an understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy environment
17. Understanding of service facilities, particularly in cleaning operations
18. Able to plan and arrange tasks and resources effectively
19. Supervise progress and plan ahead to complete tasks on time
20. Budget Management skills - able to keep track and stay within limits
21. Basic Computer Skills: Use programs like Excel for supervising data and budgets, and PowerPoint for presentations
22. Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and use that knowledge to improve their experience
