This role is a 12-hour part-time position sharing work on Thursdays and Fridays.
Join us as an Associate Banker within our UK Corporate team in Glasgow. You will support and contribute to the growth of one or more relationship-managed portfolios across UK Corporate Banking. As an Associate Banker, you will work closely with one or more Bankers and/or Associate Bankers to delight customers and maximize overall satisfaction and advocacy. Proactively using broader client and colleague support functions will help us become the ‘go-to’ bank.
Corporate Banking supports UK clients with an annual turnover of over £6.5 million, including large local companies, financial institutions, and multinationals in non-UK markets. Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

This role is based in Glasgow.

To support Relationship Directors and managers in growing their portfolios and maximizing clients’ overall experience by striving for excellence.
Accountabilities:
* Strengthening controls and proactively managing risk with Relationship Directors
* Managing relationships with Product and Group Partners, delivering products and services to meet client needs
* Supporting client contact strategies, annual reviews, and maintaining client account plans
* Providing excellent service to drive positive customer scores, promoting self-serve and digital adoption
* Participating in training programs to develop banking product knowledge, financial analysis, and relationship management skills
* Supporting industry knowledge development and team initiatives
