Your birthday off! 2 Annual team events Summer working hours (discretionary to the business needs) Healthcare plan - following successful probation Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay Responsibilities Support monthly accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with month-end tasks such as accruals, prepayments, and stock updates. Help prepare management reports and update KPIs. Maintain accurate records of debtors, creditors, cash, and fixed assets. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims. Assist with VAT returns, payroll journals, and basic intercompany entries. Support stock valuation and maintain financial data in systems (e.g., Xero, Unleashed). Perform general data entry, filing, and record keeping. Respond to routine finance queries from internal teams. Support basic cost and margin analysis for new products. Qualifications AAT part-qualified (ongoing study support can be provided) Strong experience within a fast-paced consumer goods business. Sound understanding of management accounts, reconciliations, and margin analysis Excellent Excel skills and strong system literacy (Xero, Unleashed, or ERP) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business with tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
