Wychwood School is seeking a dedicated Assistant House Parent to cultivate a supportive "home away from home" for our boarding community. The role involves bringing energy and warmth to the boarding house, fostering a safe environment, a sense of belonging, resilience, and personal growth.
As a vital part of a pastoral team that values innovation and the holistic success of each pupil, you will support the daily lives of boarders, ensuring their wellbeing is at the heart of the boarding experience while inspiring confidence and independence through active mentorship.
