· Strong leadership and people management skills
· In-depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
· Track record of improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and delivering KPIs
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
· Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous improvement
What’s on Offer:

· Supportive, inclusive team culture
· Autonomy and ownership of the night shift operation
· Career progression and development opportunities
