Operations Director at Populus Select Recruitment
Populus Select are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Sales Manager to lead and grow our recruitment sales function. You will be responsible for driving business development, managing key client relationships, and working with a team of consultants to deliver consistent revenue growth. This is a pivotal role combining sales leadership with strategic input and hands‑on business development.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outbound sales, and marketing strategies.
* Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and client retention.
* Work closely with senior management to define and implement business development strategies.
* Conduct regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline reviews.
* Stay up to date with recruitment industry trends and market intelligence.
* Support recruitment activity for high‑value roles or key accounts as required.
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven track record in recruitment sales or B2B sales (minimum 3‑5 years).
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
