Job Overview The Quantity Surveyor provides commercial support to project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and driving cost efficiency across civil engineering and infrastructure projects. They manage commercial information, monitor budgets, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maximise value and mitigate risk. Key Responsibilities Reporting & Cost Management * Maintain accurate cost and value reporting at project and business unit levels. * Manage cash flow and forecast project spend. * Update monthly commercial plans and cost/value reports.
