Job Title: Band 5/6 Occupational Therapists
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Responsibilities
* Assessment, treatment planning, implementation and discharge planning/facilitation for general hospital patients
* Maintain flow
* Routine Acute Hospital work
* Will consider Band 5 dependent upon experience
* Mainly HCOP & General Med but may include admission avoidance, T&O, Stroke and Rehab
Qualifications
* Qualified Occupational Therapist
