* Proven experience in a front office or guest service role
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service
The Role
* Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations
* To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
* Assist in managing the front office staff, and support with onboarding and training new employees
* Assist in the Front Office operations, from scheduling staff, ensuring procedures are followed and monitor and manage daily revenue reports
