Support Learning. Change Lives. We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist learning environment supporting students aged 11 to 16. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering secondary-age opportunities within a setting that is calm, structured and deeply committed to helping every young person succeed. The provision supports pupils with severe autism and Asperger’s, focusing on personalised learning, emotional regulation and the development of independence and life skills. Working hours are typically 8.20am to 4pm, with some weekday end times varying.
