The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination of marketing tasks and projects, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders deliver according to agreed timescales and costs.
What you’ll do:
1. Support with administrative tasks in marketing campaigns, proofread marketing literature, and conduct all logistics coordination.
2. Update the project management tool to ensure all projects are input, up to date, and on track.
3. Liaise with external vendors to ensure materials are completed or received on time.
4. Partner with the sales teams and take a lead in hosting and coordinating events, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.
What you’ll bring:
5. Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, coordinator or relevant equivalent experience.
6. Demonstrable marketing experience is advantageous, but at least an interest in marketing is required.
7. Prior data entry experience and basic understanding of Excel.
8. Self-starter who can work independently with little guidance.
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise high volume and varying tasks.
10. High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
