Our outstanding team enables us to revolutionise the care sector continually. About the job As a Project Manager, you will lead the onboarding of our clients ensuring a smooth transition to Nourish. This is a critical, client-facing role where you will be exposed to leaders within some of the largest Health & Social Care groups in the country. This role is broader than your typical Project Manager role, you are a business partner, guiding our customers through their implementation and giving best practice advice on Nourish to ensure a successful project. Whilst the Projects Team work closely together, you will have your own portfolio of clients therefore you need to be comfortable working autonomously. This role is predominantly home based, but you will need to travel to clients across the UK approximately twice per month and to travel to our offices in Bournemouth approximately once per quarter. The role and responsibilities Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Provide in-person orientation sessions with clients ensuring understanding of the system. Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, risk logs, meeting notes, and reports. Be a confident expert in the Nourish Care system and offer suggestions in line with best practice. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across the business. Setting, tracking and completing actions within a project planning suite. Working with our Product and Support team to amplify the voice of the customer Our ideal candidate will have: An understanding of project planning methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile and associated tools eg. ClickUp, Asana MS Project etc. Whilst certification is preferred, it is not essential to this role. Working knowledge of the aims and challenges within the Health & Social Care sector; ideally direct work experience. Strong interpersonal skills, able to adjust their style for the audience and confident speaking to senior leaders. Problem solving skills and is someone who thrives in a an ever-changing environment. A passion for the Health and Social Care sector. Previous exposure to digital care planning software. An understanding of data and analytics tools (eg. MS Power BI).
