Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Complete client data entry according to procedures.
2. Support administration of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and/or Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP)
3. Manage day-to-day operational tasks for assigned wrap-up programs
4. Maintain accurate enrollment documentation and records
5. Monitor subcontractor compliance with insurance requirements
6. Issue OCIP/CCIP certificates of insurance
7. Show proficiency in utilizing resources and software to generate reports and/or other requested information.
8. Complete routinely daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as assigned.
9. Retrieve information from carrier websites, as required, and keep our Client Management system appropriately updated.
10. Maintains up to date knowledge of: departmental systems, related technology, and policies and procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. 1-2 years of construction experience preferred but not required
3. Property & Casualty license not required until after hired
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
