About Us

We are a growing design and build practice specialising in a variety of projects including high-quality residential projects, extensions, loft conversions, new builds, flat conversions and commercial projects. Our focus is on delivering exceptional design solutions while providing a seamless client experience from concept through to completion.


Our main office is located at 2 Lakeside Drive, NW10 7FQ, and this is where you will be working from.


The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential design and planning, with the ability to confidently manage projects from start to finish. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to understanding clients’ needs and translating them into innovative, compliant designs.


You will be responsible for:

* Taking on new enquiries, providing clear and accurate advice to clients.
* Managing your own projects independently, from initial consultation to design completion.
* Producing planning drawings and technical designs that align with the latest Building Regulations.
* Advising on permitted development rights and when to pursue a full planning application.
* Marking up drawings and mentoring junior team members, offering design improvements and guidance.
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
* Liaising with clients, our own structural and civil engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.


Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in architecture
* Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential architecture.
* Strong understanding of UK planning policies, permitted development rights, and planning application processes.
* Proficiency in Revit (preferred), but AutoCAD or ArchiCAD experience also considered.
* Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle several projects at once.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
* Confident communicator with outstanding client-facing and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative team player with initiative and self-motivation.

* Competitive salary between £38,000 – £50,000, based on experience and expertise.
