Control Room Operator – Scamp Security Limited
Location: Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Rolling shift pattern – day and night shifts)
Salary: Starting at £13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor intruder alarms, CCTV, PA systems, and fire alarm activation's
* Maintain accurate incident records and logs
* Monitor and log Lone Workers
* Log Patrol Officers routines
* Allocate engineer attendance for urgent issues
* Perform daily key audits and maintain key handling logs
* Carry out any additional duties as requested by management
* Answer and distribute incoming telephone calls professionally

Requirements

* SIA Licence – essential
* Experience not required – full training will be provided
